"The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds’ feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!"

Hab. 3:19 (AMPC)

Dear Papa,

You are the God who listens and answers.

You won't fail to come through.

You are in the delays.

You are in the waiting.

You are with me in the inbetween.

Your timing is always merciful.

Day after day, night after night,

I fix my eyes on the kindness of Your heart.

Find me faithful in the waiting.

I am not alone; You give bravery and courage as companions.

Deliverance is on the way.

You hold the oceans in Your hands,

And measure the heavens with Your fingers.

You bring out the stars like an army each night.

You remember their names.

Your strength is unequaled.

Your power is unlimited.

Your arms never grow tired or weary.

You soak my waiting in purpose,

And You anoint my heart with hope.

Fresh grace and expectation greet me every morning.

So come heavenly Father.

Be the center of my choices, responses, and thoughts.

Make me a sanctuary of Your respite, stillness, and presence.

May my soul be a reservoir of trust and patience.

In Jesus name,

Amen.
